We're located at 75 Hillside Road, Fairfield, CT and open six days a week serving traditional American baked goods, including layer cakes, cupcakes, signature cookies, specialty cookies, muffins, cinnamon buns, and coffee cakes. The bake shop will bake daily with a rotating menu and seasonal specials. Sweet & Simple will be open Tuesday - Friday, 7am to 5pm., Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 2pm. The bake shop is closed on Mondays....
